My experience with Chainsavvy from the start of our interaction to completing the setup of my hardware was excellent. Bart with Chainsavvy was always responsive and willing to go above and beyond the usual level of customer service to make sure everything went smoothly. The server I ordered worked fine in the in-house testing but I quickly ran into issues once it arrived. Bart spent time troubleshooting the issues with me, which pointed to a defective SSD. A replacement was shipped to me quickly and we had everything up and running again in no time. I plan to use Chainsavvy’s services in the future and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
