My experience with Chainsavvy from the start of our interaction to completing the setup of my hardware was excellent. Bart with Chainsavvy was always responsive and willing to go above and beyond the usual level of customer service to make sure everything went smoothly. The server I ordered worked fine in the in-house testing but I quickly ran into issues once it arrived. Bart spent time troubleshooting the issues with me, which pointed to a defective SSD. A replacement was shipped to me quickly and we had everything up and running again in no time. After researching a few of the recommended suppliers for node hardware I settled on Chainsavvy, and I am glad I did. I reached out to Bart to help me setup some hardware of my own. He was more than willing to help me to this and after purchasing some consultation hours we got a detailed plan of what I wanted to get done we set to work. I had also asked to shadow him as he worked so that I could learn myself and expand my knowledge and skills so we setup and session so I could do just that. We got my hardware setup over a couple sessions and he explained the process as well as why he was doing what he did. In the end I have a exactly what I asked for and more. He has been more than helpful with answering any little questions I may have come up with as well.

I am Japan-based and want to run crypto nodes. Happily, I came across Chainsavvy. As soon as I made my initial inquiry, I was struck by how personable and helpful Bart was in meeting my needs. Although I want to run Flux nodes, Bart went out of his way to create a bespoke server for me, so I could also run other crypto nodes. The whole process from initial contact through to delivery and remote assistance in onboarding/setup was really smooth, especially given that we had a 15-hour time-lag.
