IMPORTANT NOTICE
By purchasing any item from Chainsavvy, you acknowledge that you have the necessary knowledge and understanding to operate and maintain the equipment safely. You also assume all risks and responsibilities associated with the use or maintenance of the equipment. In addition, you agree to indemnify the seller from any damage resulting from the use or misuse of the equipment.
If you are not confident in your ability to operate or maintain the equipment, or if you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from purchasing.
WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
All hardware comes with manufacturer warranty alongside technical support from Chainsavvy. Chainsavvy will assist with any Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.
To ensure quality support and maintain warranty coverage:
- Any physical work on the system must be performed by or coordinated through Chainsavvy
- Contact Chainsavvy before performing any physical work or modifications
- Third-party service or unauthorized opening of the system will void Chainsavvy technical support
Important: If unauthorized work is performed:
- You will forfeit Chainsavvy technical support services
- Manufacturer warranty remains valid and can still be processed through Chainsavvy
- We cannot provide support for issues that may arise from unknown modifications or repairs
NO RETURNS POLICY
By bidding or buying, you accept our no returns policy. Our systems are custom-built and purpose-specific configurations designed to meet particular technical requirements and use cases. Due to the specialized nature of these custom builds:
- Each system is configured with specific hardware combinations and software optimizations
- Systems are tailored for particular applications and may not be suitable for general resale
- Custom configurations cannot be easily repurposed or resold to other customers
- The specialized nature of our builds makes returns impractical from both technical and business perspectives
Chainsavvy will coordinate any RMA issues with the vendor or distributor for legitimate hardware defects or failures covered under manufacturer warranty.
